The concern for the safety of motorists is a challenge throughout the region.Countries that now do not have a problem with the security of motorcycles will have it in the future.Given this important challenge, the traffic agencies that are part of the Ibero -American Road Safety Observatory (OISEVI) have launched this work of participation of the countries to know the situation, the problem and seek proposals adapted to the needs of the countries.
